About the Role

Are you a recent Education graduate looking to begin your career in schools? We are recruiting motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across a range of secondary schools in Lancaster, starting in September 2026.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and keen to gain classroom experience before progressing into teaching or further educational roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across a variety of subjects
• Work with students aged 11–16, providing both classroom and small group support
