Graduation Officer (Internal Applicants Only)
The Graduation Officer is responsible for planning, organising and coordinating graduation activities, including the verification and validation of graduating students across all campuses to ensure effective and efficient rendering of quality service to graduating students.
Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities
- Planning and organisation of the graduation and other academic ceremonies
- Administration of the graduation functions
- Coordinate and verify graduate eligibility with Faculties to ensure accurate graduation lists.
- Maintain accurate student graduation records and ensure all graduation data is correctly updated on ITS
- Coordinate the printing, issuing and distribution of graduation certificates.
