Job Scope Support the Character and Citizenship Education (CCE) programme with the following responsibilities:
Illustration - Create original illustrations and visual concepts
Interactive Resource Development - Design and develop motion graphics, 2D animations, and videos
- Create storyboards for interactive resources
- Manage projects related to interactive resource development
Resource Design - Conceptualise and produce resources such as infographics, PowerPoint slides, and curriculum materials
- Apply design principles, typography, and colour theory in resource creation
Qualifications, Skills & Experience The contractor’s personnel should possess:
- Diploma or equivalent in Media/Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, InDesign, Canva
