Job Purpose

Artwork management services for Bayer Consumer Health that sustain the Design & Packaging processes, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal requirements. Coordination of the creation and approval of MAW file for NPD and re‑designs. Prepare original packaging layouts and layout commissioning (remote printing – flexography, rotogravure, offset, dry offset for Spot Colors/Pantone).

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare prepress layouts for packaging, including live trapping, editing, imposition, and output.
• Demonstrate knowledge of layout rules, techniques, typography, and text culture.
• Deliver expertise and consultancy to the commercial teams and the Design organization for Brand redesigns and Master Artwork Development.
• Act as guardian of Brand Packaging Guidelines and master assets e.g. logos and typefaces.
