Job Title: Greater Asia Planning Excellence Lead - Performance Management

Location: BGC, PH (Hybrid)Job Objective:
+ Ensure alignment of KPI reporting between Global and Regional Reporting
+ Key enablers of KPI improvement through special project
+ Drive Planning KPI of Greater and B&W BU to achieve target


Focused Project for 2026:
+ MEIO compliance for all BU in Philippines, Vietnam & Thailand from 70% to 90% including Philippines Depot. Standardization of input to MEIO for all BU-Countries. (Input parameter must be governed with framework for each BU)
+ Segmentation to be included in the Edge & Planning Scorecard PowerBI reports for Greater Asia.
+ Data source migration for RTVA from AAS to PBI Data sets.


Candidate profile preference
+ Planning experience of atleast 3-5 years
+ With Operational Experience from FMCG is preferred
+ Unilever work level 1M or 1C equivalent
