Position Title: Grill Master
Location: Genghis Grill
Reports To: Kitchen Manager / General Manager
The Grill Master at Genghis Grill is responsible for preparing and cooking guests’ customized stir-fry bowls on the signature flat-top grill while delivering an energetic, interactive dining experience. This role requires strong cooking skills, attention to food safety, and the ability to engage with guests while maintaining speed and accuracy during high-volume service.
