# Grinder### **Key Responsibilities*** Operate manual grinding machines safely and efficiently* Grind and finish metal parts to required dimensions and quality* Read and interpret technical drawings or specifications* Inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects* Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning* Ensure workplace safety and follow procedures### **Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent* Technical certification or vocational training in machining (preferred)* Basic knowledge of manufacturing or engineering processes* 1–3 years of experience in manual grinding* Familiarity with measuring tools**We are the ASSA ABLOY Group** Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
