Job Description
In this Role, you’ll get to: - Compile regular performance reports on performance and operational metrics according to business requirements.
- Prepare key indicator data reports, monitor for any abnormal situations and coordinate with relevant personnel to handle them promptly.
- Gather requirements from the Air Supply Chain team and collaborate with the Product team to draft and manage BRDs for technical and operational projects.
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements aligned with business needs.
- Assist in providing quotations in support of client evaluation during sales cycle.
- Support CSM team on air-related client investigation and implementation.
