Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of entry/intermediate/advanced groomers
• Ensure department compliance with all company policies and internal protocols
• Coordinate with Slope Maintenance Manager and Assistant Manager for daily operations
• Gather daily feedback and develop the shift’s grooming plan
• Operate winch cat and train others on safe operation of winching equipment
• Demonstrate a high skill level in terrain park construction and maintenance
• Assist in snowmaking operations
• Develop and implement communication procedures to coordinate between shifts
• Oversee safe transportation and installation of terrain park features and equipment
• Assist with training of other operators
