Job details Responsible for property grounds management, general facility upkeep, and ensuring the overall appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the Nacogdoches facility and grounds.

Responsibilities:
Groundskeeping: Mow lawns, trim weeds/trees, rake leaves, maintain flower beds, and manage lawn hydration/irrigation systems. ... Facility Upkeep: Maintain sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and planters. Coordinate weather safety protocols, clean-up, and winterization.
Waste & Materials: Manage waste, scrap, and recycling removal. Operate the facility cardboard baler and load the cardboard trailer.
Maintenance & Projects: Assist the maintenance team with painting, cleaning, and light construction/demolition. Perform routine equipment upkeep.
PMs & Audits: Complete Preventative Maintenance (PMs) on ice/water fountains and spot-audit janitorial services.
