Overview The responsibility of the Groundskeeper is to maintain the grounds of Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe in a condition of safety, neatness, and aesthetic attractiveness. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity). Responsibilities Assist in coordinating, supervising and participating in the ground maintenance work of the property. Assist in assigning duties to ground crew, participates in those duties and inspects completion of work. Assist in any emergency as needed. Observes all health hazards and warnings. Operate equipment, such as mowers, edgers, tractors and the like.
