This is a Temp to Perm PAYE role working on a long-term framework programme, offering stability, consistent hours, and genuine progression opportunities for the right person.

Groundworks associated with substation construction and upgradesDrainage installation – including deep and shallow drainageConcrete works – bases, plinths, and formworkDucting installation for HV infrastructureOperating plant and machinery safely (360 excavator, dumper, or roller depending on tickets)Working to strict health & safety protocols on high-voltage sitesSupporting the site teams to ensure deadlines are met to a high standardWhat you'll need to succeed
