Job Overview

• The Group Chief Legal Officer (GCLO) oversees all legal aspects of the operations of the Pinnacle Holding Company Limited (PHCL) and its subsidiaries. This role involves developing and implementing legal strategy, managing legal risks, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing legal counsel to the executive team and board of directors. GCLO also plays a crucial role in corporate governance, major transactions, and litigation management. The GCLO acts as the top legal advisor, strategist, and protector of the organization’s legal interests. GCLO will manage the centralized “legal desk” of PHCL, which provides legal assistance and guidance to the Company and all its subsidiaries.
