We are seeking an experienced Group COO Trading to lead and oversee operations across multiple business verticals within the group.

• Lead and oversee group-wide trading and operational functions across multiple B2B commodity verticals.
• Ensure alignment between trading strategy, execution, and operational efficiency across all entities.
• Manage and build teams across trading, operations, and support functions at the group level.
• Drive performance across businesses with focus on volumes, margins, and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, buyers, brokers, and international partners.
• Monitor global markets, pricing trends, and risks to guide business decisions.
• Develop and implement business plans, operating frameworks, and growth strategies across verticals.
• Work closely with leadership on new initiatives, expansion plans, and cross-business opportunities.
