Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reviews and complex RCAs to ensure labeling accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor quality performance and compliance against project-specific KPIs.
- Identify trends, risks, and potential gaps in processes or guidelines.
- Provide structured feedback and improvement recommendations to the Central Project Team.
