Responsibilities

• Lead for the assigned team members technically and disciplinary
• Identify training needs and mentor team members accordingly
• Plan utilization and budgets for the assigned team members
• Manage scope, quality, budget and schedule conform deliveries of projects of the filter maker and logistic machine from order incoming phase until handover to the customer
• Identify potentials and initiate product and process improvements with respective peers to reduce costs and increase efficiency
• Coordinate and prioritize activities with other projects
• Manage activities in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams across sites worldwide, especially the German headquarter
• Monitor and coordinate status information to management and sales
