Group Manager - Technical Design Electrical

Your role in our team:

• Leading a team of design engineers and ensure the quality, cost & safety of design according to requirement & standards
• Continuously develop team competencies following to technology & standard trends
• Steer, drive, manage design projects accordingly with the local capacity governance
• Support other department for components specification & obsolescence
• Liaise with internal and external R&D division for technical support
• Conduct research to analyze the feasibility, cost structure, performance & safety of the machine design and recommend improvement if necessary
• Create new and improve existing work flow, processes & standards with related parties
