ADNOC Group is seeking a Corporate Performance Manager to drive a performance management culture within the organization. The successful candidate will support the establishment of performance policies and develop KPIs across all directorates.

With a minimum of 5 years' experience in Corporate Performance Management preferably in the Oil & Gas industry, the role requires strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Finance is essential.
