Duties and Responsibilities Manage all projects within all business units in the below manner Leading the planning and implementation of projects Defining a project's scope and goals Planning and scheduling project timelines Coordinating project staff Resource planning and allocation Quality assurance Carrying out risk assessment Managing project administration, including all documentation Meeting budgetary objectives Reporting regularly to management Managing client relationships Tracking project performance Project evaluations and results measurement Meeting on a regular basis with project teams of each project to ensure that all objectives, timeframes, etc. are being met and if any issues arise to report it to management Bring all projects within the business units to management to set priorities or get priorities set according to executives' requirements Provide weekly reporting to management on ...
