Job Description

Group Tax Manager interim tax job in London requires a Group Tax Manager who has corporate tax compliance and partnership tax compliance experience for this Group Tax Manager interim tax job in London.

Operating in a stand alone tax capacity, reporting to a Director of Finance, and working for a fascinating and truly global business, the interim Group Tax Manager will be in this City of London office 4 days per week and will cover the following areas:

  • Manage the outsourced corporate tax and partnership tax compliance with advisors globally.

  • Review the returns and liaise with the advisors on queries.

  • Ensure the Partner’s tax returns are accurate and liaise with advisors on queries.

  • Liaise with HMRC.

  • Support on transfer pricing and thin capitalisation issues.
