Our client is a global manufacturing group. They seek a key hire to join an established tax team. This role reports to the Head of Tax and manages a team of staff. They are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail who can also take practical, commercial decisions without getting bogged down in the weeds. A can do attitude is key. Responsibilities

• The role is responsible for leading and reviewing the accurate and timely reporting of the Group’s corporate and deferred tax positions, covering actuals, forecasts, and budget cycles, ensuring high quality internal tax data and compliance with external reporting requirements.
• The position manages the UK corporate tax return process, reviews the UK CFC and R&D relief claims, and ensures all UK tax obligations are met to a high standard.
