As a Groups Travel Consultant for Meetings & Events, you'll be the go-to expert for managing small to large scale MICE and group bookings, handling end-to-end travel logistics that make clients' events run like clockwork. You'll search for the best deals, provide smart alternatives, and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint. We are looking for an organized multi-tasker with a strong customer service mindset who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
Support clients with travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visa applications, transfers, changes, and cancellations

Search for the best travel deals and provide alternatives to meet customers' needs

Manage small to large scale MICE and group bookings with end-to-end logistics coordination

Promote FCM's products, services, and value proposition to deliver the best travel booking experience
