This is not your average ops role. You’ll be the one who
automates workflows, integrates platforms, and builds data pipelines
that fuel measurable growth. If you geek out on solving complex system puzzles and love seeing your work directly impact revenue—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Automate everything → Design workflows that cut manual busywork and supercharge GTM efficiency.
Connect the stack → Own integrations across Hub Spot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, n8n, Supabase, Zoom, Teams, Slack & more.
Engineer processes → Spot bottlenecks, standardize what works, and create repeatable systems.
