About KNOW KNOW is a frontline operations SaaS platform used by restaurants, retail chains, and franchise operators to manage training, shifts, attendance, tasks, and audits. We‘re scaling our US go-to-market and need a dedicated person to build the systems that fuel our outbound pipeline.
What you‘ll own
- Hunt down decision-makers at restaurant chains, retail franchises, and frontline-heavy businesses across the world: scrape websites, dig through directories, reverse-engineer org structures, whatever it takes to find the right person
- Turn a raw list of company names into fully enriched, contact-ready leads using tools like Clay and Apollo: verified emails, LinkedIn profiles, job titles, the works
- Build the automated pipeline that takes a lead from ‘just discovered‘ to ‘AE‘s inbox‘ with minimal manual steps
