Come join us as we take on the challenges and opportunities of longer life by safeguarding vulnerable older adults from abuse. Our Lifespan Guardianship program provides a mechanism for personal and financial decision making when older adults no longer have capacity and when the adult lacks a trusted ally to make decisions on their behalf. Under general direction, this position is responsible for providing case management and guardianship services to vulnerable adults age 60 and older and when Lifespan has either been appointed by the court as the legal guardian or Monroe County Adult Protective Services has been appointed and delegates Guardianship case management to Lifespan.
