What will you do at our reception?

  • Effectively manage bookings and check-ins/outs for guests.
  • Provide telephone, online, and in-person assistance to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests during their stay, offering personalized attention.
  • Share information and manage reservations for hotel services and local activities.
  • Address and manage incidents and special requests from guests efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Monitor and track guest billing.
