Primary hosting role requiring standing, walking and hosting visitors in the lobby, reception areas and across the building.
What this job involves
Responsible for welcoming and guiding visitors, managing meeting room bookings, maintaining the reception area and providing guest services including F&B and information.
Day‑to‑day Responsibilities
- Host the main reception area, energise the space and create lasting impressions.
- Provide a warm, courteous and prompt welcome to all visitors.
- Assist with questions, verify building access and provide temporary access.
- Serve as a concierge, delivering information about the local area.
- Recognise internal and external VIPs and deliver service excellence.
- Liaise with PA/EA teams, clients and visitors to create “wow” moments.
