Foodstories is a destination for curated global ingredients and artisanal food experiences. As a Guest Relations Executive (GRE), you will be the face of our store—providing a warm, engaging, and personalized service to every guest. Your role is pivotal in upholding our luxury service standards and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our discerning clientele.
The Role:
- Greet guests with a refined and welcoming presence.
- Understand and articulate the unique offerings across our gourmet categories including cheeses,
- charcuterie, exotic produce, bakery, condiments, and imported selections.
- Provide curated product recommendations tailored to customer preferences.
- Coordinate with in-store experts and department heads to ensure seamless service.
- Handle queries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
