NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAE:UM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Korean cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAE:UM, our private dining space, iii) GU:UM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.
We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Executive to manage reservations and guest relations at our anchor restaurant NAE:UM.
Qualifications - Minimum 1 year prior work experience in a MICHELIN-starred or MICHELIN-keyed establishment.
- Strong communication and soft skills with excellent grasp of English and Chinese languages.
- Training experience to uphold service quality, standards, and crisis management.
- Familiarity with common reservation systems.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Experience in communicating professionally via e-mails.
