Guest Service Agent – Mercure Abu Dhabi Downtown Responsibilities - Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and personalized arrival experience
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Process check-outs and manage billing accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
