Job Summary
We are seeking a Guest Communication Officer to manage end-to-end guest communication and provide administrative support for our holiday home rental operations. This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, hospitality experience, and a professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Communication & Customer Service
- Handle guest communication via WhatsApp, email, phone, and booking platforms before, during, and after stays
- Respond promptly to inquiries, reservations, complaints, and special requests
- Ensure a high standard of guest experience and satisfaction
- Manage check-in and check-out communication and provide clear instructions
Booking & Operations Support
- Coordinate bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
- Update availability, pricing, and guest details accurately
