Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Communication Officer to manage end-to-end guest communication and provide administrative support for our holiday home rental operations. This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, hospitality experience, and a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication & Customer Service

  • Handle guest communication via WhatsApp, email, phone, and booking platforms before, during, and after stays
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, reservations, complaints, and special requests
  • Ensure a high standard of guest experience and satisfaction
  • Manage check-in and check-out communication and provide clear instructions

Booking & Operations Support

  • Coordinate bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
