Health Absence Management Program (HAMP) Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to support employees through occupational and non‑occupational health absences, accommodation, and return‑to‑work planning. The role works collaboratively with a multi‑disciplinary team and supports the adoption of disability management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a multi‑disciplinary team to apply disability management best practices that support stay‑at‑work efforts and early, safe, and sustainable return to work following workplace or non‑work‑related illness or injury.
• Assess functional abilities and work capacity in relation to essential duties of a position to support return‑to‑work and accommodation planning.
• Manage employee absences and adjudicate short‑term disability benefits in a timely, consistent, and respectful manner.
