Commissioning Scope Planning

• During commissioning preparation phase, responsible to attend supplier Kick Off meetings to roll out package related commissioning requirements, review of supplier documents, review ITR assignment and provide inputs for commissioning schedule.
• Issuance of procedures, specifications and assist commission manager in the preparation of commissioning plan.

Schedule Management

• Expedite B-ITRs completion as per commissioning plan and priorities
• Expedite commissioning testing following execution schedule

Documents and Status Verification / Reporting
