A premier Condominium in downtown Flushing, New York, seeks to fill a handyman position. The newly hired handyman plays an important role in the Condominium community by working closely with the Management and the Superintendent to maintain a safe and secure living environment. The handyman is responsible for routine maintenance and repairs in the common areas and apartments, which include plumbing, electrical, lighting, carpentry, and HVACs as well as oversight of the building's exterior, including inspections and grounds maintenance. The handyman will work under the direction and supervision of the Superintendent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs of heating, lighting, plumbing, and security systems in the common areas to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.

• Inspect building's grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance and repair needs.
