As a CBRE Porter, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of the property and grounds.

• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout the assigned property.
• Examine property for safety hazards and report problems to the Facilities Manager or other appropriate staff.
• Assist with the cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces.
• Modify the scope of cleaning and maintenance based on the specified needs of the particular property.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
