Job Description
Responsibilities - Plan, lead, and execute joint marketing activities and events in line with School & UOB's focus.
- Collaborate with School CCA Clubs / outreach to School Committees and external stakeholders.
- Create visual, multimedia, video and other online media assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Advocate digitalization in banking through internet banking and other digital platforms at branches and auto lobbies.
- Provide positive customer service on customer queries in the bank branches.
- Identify opportunities to promote suitable products and services while providing quality and seamless service.
- Gain a better understanding of banking operations.
- Manage and foster better customer relationships.
- Project management skills – plan, organize and execute events from start to finish.
- Able to understand the various digital banking products offered by bank and other digital tools.
