About the Role

The Hardware Technician position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices as part of the kiosk's day-to-day operations. The role supports customer service by ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, technical issues are accurately resolved, and devices are returned in good working condition.
