**Job Title: Off-Road Dump Truck Operator**
**Job Description**
This contract-to-hire position offers the opportunity to operate off-road dump trucks on large commercial and civil construction projects based in Lebanon, Indiana. You will transport earth and rock within an active job site, supporting major earthwork and earth-moving operations in a high-safety, professional environment. The role requires long hours, travel flexibility, and a strong commitment to safe equipment operation and site protocols.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate off-road dump trucks to haul earth and rock within the commercial job site, staying entirely on-site and not on public roads.
+ Safely and efficiently load and unload dirt and other materials, including pulling behind scrapers as needed.
+ Support earthwork and earth-moving activities in a large open field environment as part of a civil construction project.
