Job Description
Responsibilities - Responsible for setting up and maintaining the Hazardous Area Equipment Register and associated certifications using vendor documentation and bulk purchase orders.
- Collaborate closely with completions/PIMS personnel, discipline leads, Package Responsible Engineers, job site EEHA team, and report to the EEHA Coordinator.
- Verify and compile Hazardous Area Dossiers and maintain the Competency Matrix.
- Review and verify suppliers’ schedules of electrical equipment in hazardous areas and Equipment NRTL certificates.
- Monitor and flag detailed inspection status of equipment supplied by vendors, including integrated and shipped loose items.
- Provide ongoing support to the site EEHA team.
- Input bulk site installation data received from the Job Site EEHA administrator into the HAER system.
- Good understanding of EEHA requirements for design, procurement, installation, and certification.
