Location: Tauranga | After-hours Outreach Service
Provide culturally safe, responsive health support to whānau through our HbU Health Service. This role works alongside our kaimahi and Prescribing Clinician to deliver clinical triage and outreach support, helping ensure whānau can access the care and services they need.
Working through a whānau‑centred, community‑based approach, you will support the delivery of flexible health and social support while helping raise awareness and participation in primary health initiatives across our community.
We operate a rotating roster; this position may include some after-hours mobile health service with flexibility to work around your schedule. The role is varied and hands‑on, requiring initiative, efficiency and strong commitment to whānau‑centred care and culturally safe practice
