We are seeking contract resources to support an HCM system implementation during the hypercare phase following go live. This role focuses on data validation, issue tracking, and payroll support in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Candidates should be comfortable reviewing large datasets, identifying discrepancies, and working within structured processes under tight deadlines.
Review employee time and payroll data discrepancies and route issues appropriately
Compare system outputs and validate data accuracy
S upport payroll cycles (pre-approval and post-processing review)
