Relevant Experience required:
At least 3 - 6 years in Oracle HCM cloud with hands on implementation experience in Oracle Journeys and experience in working with any (2) of the modules: CoreHR, Payroll, Compensation, OTL, Absence, ORC, Helpdesk modules (desired) along with Redwood (VBCS) implementation/migration experience.
- Candidate should be experienced in writing Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks and Test Documents.
- Candidate should have experience with the requirements to release cycle.
- Candidate should be used to working both independently and as part of a team.
- Candidate should be self-motivated, able to work to timelines and requirements.
Business/Technical Expertise:
