- Providing day-to-day support for end user requests related to desktop/laptop software/hardware, Printer, and video conferencing...;
- Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and work orders in a courteous manner.
- Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process.
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, and configuring systems and applications.
