As Head Baker you’ll be leading the butchery division of this busy high-end production facility in charge of new product development, quality, consistency, health & safety, logistics, & staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily production in a fast-paced butcheryOversee preparation, storage & quality controlTrain, mentor, & supervise the butchery teamManage ordering, stock control, & waste reductionMaintain food safety & hygiene standardsRequirements:
SA national or valid work permitProven experience as a Head Butcher in a production environmentStrong knowledge of premium meats including gameExcellent leadership & organisational skillsAbility to work early mornings & meet production targets
