Head chef required in Dorset for a good quality Hotel with a great food offering, fantastic produce and using some really good suppliers for ingredients. The Head chef role is £40-45k + overtime + tips and live in available. This Head chef role is a hands on role and manage a team of 4 in the kitchen. You must love good produce and ingredients. Live in is available.
The role
As a Head chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, working with a range of suppliers and ensure everything is ready doe service. This is a hands on role, as its a team of only 4, it be all focused on cooking. This role will include all the normal head chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Head Chef with a fresh food background and ideally worked in rosette cookery as well. You will have good food hygiene and great knife skills.
