We are seeking a chef to oversee the kitchen operations at our Award-winning Lakeland Farm Visitor Centre.
This role offers a rare work-life balance within the industry.
It is a full-time position, 37.5 hours during the day, including weekends. No split shifts, with the exception of 2 Friday nights per month to showcase your culinary skills.
All our red meat is farm-produced, and we have our own butchers who supply both our retail and kitchen, enabling close collaboration between farmer, butcher, and chef to deliver a top-quality menu.
The role requires experience, compliance with industry standards, and references.
Minimum of 3 years in similar positions.
Closed from Christmas until 29th December and on New Year’s Day.
