Job Description
- Must have deep knowledge in chettinaadu curries
- Able to handling automated kitchen equipments.
- Must completed food hygiene course.
- Able to handling wedding orders.
- Hot surface working environment.
- Must plan daily menus.
- Must work on Weekends, Eve and Public Holidays.
- Must work late hours in the evening.
- Must have minimum 15 years experince in chettinaadu cuisine.
- Standardizing receipes.
- Scheduling the production process.
- Must have team work capacity.
- Must have 15 plus years experience in Chettinad Cuisine.
- Must be willing to be trained by Franshior in India HQ
- Should be willing to be posted at overseas outlets.
