  • Must have deep knowledge in chettinaadu curries
  • Able to handling automated kitchen equipments.
  • Must completed food hygiene course.
  • Able to handling wedding orders.
  • Hot surface working environment.
  • Must plan daily menus.
  • Must work on Weekends, Eve and Public Holidays.
  • Must work late hours in the evening.
  • Must have minimum 15 years experince in chettinaadu cuisine.
  • Standardizing receipes.
  • Scheduling the production process.
  • Must have team work capacity.
  • Must have 15 plus years experience in Chettinad Cuisine.
  • Must be willing to be trained by Franshior in India HQ
  • Should be willing to be posted at overseas outlets.
