We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Secret Beach Bar & Kitchen- one of Swansea’s busiest and most iconic beachfront venues.

This is not a quiet kitchen. It’s high volume, high energy and full on serviceand we need someone who thrives in that environment.

You’ll be leading a large team, delivering fresh, quality food at speed, and ensuring standards never drop - even at peak times.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading a large, fast-paced kitchen team through busy services
• Delivering fresh, consistent food at high volume
• Driving speed, organisation and structure across all sections
• Managing stock, GP and kitchen systems efficiently
• Training and developing your team to perform under pressure
• Working closely with senior management to keep standards high
