Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Head Chef.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation, including menu design, and will need to lead by example by demonstrating high‑end cookery and culinary skills while managing staff and developing their abilities.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Head Chef / Chef in Charge in a large kitchen operation.
- Relevant training such as a diploma or degree, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Good administration skills and proven ability to maintain food and wage costs.
- Positive, energetic attitude.
- Infectious passion for cooking and delivering a memorable dining experience.
