Education: Master’s / PhD in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, Public Health, or related disciplines

Role Overview:
Looking for a senior leader to head the CSR and social impact function of a large diversified organization. The role will drive national-level CSR strategy, public health initiatives, ESG alignment, grant mobilization, stakeholder engagement, governance, and measurable social impact programs across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive long-term CSR & ESG roadmap aligned with business objectives
Lead large-scale public health and community development programs across multiple states
Build partnerships with Ministries, Government bodies, PSU organizations, NGOs, and CSR partners
Lead grant mobilization, donor management, proposal development, and fund utilization
